Structured Project Funding
We are not the typical funding company. We arrange and structure large-scale project funding for clients who have been to — or know they cannot go to — the banks, venture capital firms, and other mainstream traditional sources. Through proprietary funding relationships, we work alongside banks, insurance companies, and institutional partners to structure and complete transactions that others cannot.
We will accept projects requiring as little as $1 million, but our sweet spot is projects $10 million and up. We currently have significant capacity to assist commercial real estate projects that are challenged to refinance or recapitalize.
